Global Logistic Coordinator

Location

We are looking for a Global Logistic Coordinator to support LU-VE Plant in Italy (SEST SpA – Italy – Limana).

In your role you will report to the Supply Chain Director of LU-VE Group.

Your location will be in SEST SPA, Limana (BL), Italy.

Brief Job Description

Global Logistic Coordinator supports the activity related to supply chain in terms of planning and managing logistics, warehouse and transportation, data analysis, new procedures, SAP implementation, SAP standardization between plants.

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation
  • Analysis of main routes of transport
  • Define standard criteria for quoting transport and the level of service of the transports
  • Monitor prices between plants and routes and services of the external warehouses
  • Be the reference for sales and purchasing for transport cost
  • Create and update processes for deliveries 
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Be the reference for IMPORT and EXPORT activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical/Mechanical Degree
  • Knowhow of SAP
  • Very good knowhow of Office package and BI tools
  • Fluent English
  • Availability to travel

OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min 5 years experiences in Logistic and Transport.
