Junior HSE Specialist

Location

We are looking for a Junior Safety Specialist (SEST LU-VE POLSKA – Gliwice).
In your role you will report to local Health and Safety Manager and your location will be SEST LU-VE POLSKA, Gliwice, Poland.

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Preparation of training document forms
  • Preparation of risk assessment sheets and safety instructions
  • Conducting internal OHS training courses for employees and contractors
  • Preparing, completing and archiving training documents, presentations, HSE information
  • Organizing training courses to improve employees’ professional qualifications
  • Maintaining and completing records of training, qualifications, accidents
  • Participation in post-accident proceedings
  • Preparation of incident investigations and ‘GUS’ reports
  • Participation in inspections and reviews of the state of health and safety
  • Participation in technical acceptance of machines
  • Carrying out the duties of the OHS
  • Entering data into systems and registers
  • Creating reports and analyses, data sets, presentations
  • Close cooperation with the superior, co-workers, other company departments and contractors
  • Taking care of reliable execution of tasks at the workplace

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Health and Safety
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Creative thinking skills

An additional advantage will be:

  • Experience as a Safety Specialist
