AIR HEX ALONTE S.R.L. produces and commercializes Alfa LU-VE branded ventilated heat exchangers for refrigeration, air conditioning and industrial applications.

Brief Job Description

The Marketing Specialist has a key role in the drafting of technical documentation in English for air heat exchangers and support for the activities of the Product Documentation and Marketing team.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafting, updating and publication of product manuals and technical documentation
  • Customization of manuals for customized projects
  • Production of technical documentation concerning “best practices” for internal and external use (mainly methods of use and details of the options available for the units)
  • Support activities for the Product Documentation and Marketing group

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably two years of experience in similar roles in the refrigeration/air conditioning sector
  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (engineering sector)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Basic knowledge of software such as Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of SAP will be a very big advantage
  • Accuracy and flexibility
  • Problem solving and priority management skills
  • Orientation to results and continuous improvement
  • Relational and communication skills
