AIR HEX ALONTE S.R.L. produces and commercializes Alfa LU-VE branded ventilated heat exchangers for refrigeration, air conditioning and industrial applications.

Brief Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will have the primary task of managing the compliance of company products with applicable national, European and international laws.


  • Coordinate the activities of the interdisciplinary working group with the aim of efficiently applying the procedures identified in the management process for risk control and governance, in the regulatory areas relating to product compliance (REACH, RoHS, …)
  • Evaluate and prepare the compliance documentation of the products, components and materials relating to the reference regulations, coordinating with the other corporate functions involved
  • Monitor the management of evidence of compliance sent by suppliers and be involved in the management of evidence of non-compliance
  • Be involved in the preliminary assessment of the risk associated with the use of new components in the development or design phase
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures and guidelines on product compliance and sustainability in reference to the laws applicable to the company’s operations, including but not limited to: REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Proposition65
  • Monitor emerging regulatory requirements, assessing their impact and informing all interested parties
  • Manage the processing of responses to regulatory requests from internal and external customers
  • Develop and maintain the tools for managing all issues relating to compliance with the various regulations.


  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the regulatory field in companies in the manufacturing sector; any experience of management systems is a preferential criterion
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific disciplines
  • Post-graduate specialization on compliance in the chemical field is also a preferential title (eg: REACH-CLP Master, Chemical Risk Specialization School or similar)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel).
