Position description:

We are now searching for a development oriented and people-focused.
To be in charge of daily operations and processes. In this position, you will lead a team of 8 people and see that their daily routines are in order. In addition you will be in charge of developing our warehouse processes and have overall process management. We are searching for a people person, who has excellent negotiation and organizational skills. The position is permanent and we are looking to hire someone as soon as possible.

Your daily routines include:

  • Acting as supervisor/manager for a team of eight and reporting to Supply Chain Manager
  • Collaboration with our stakeholders
  • Implementing and developing our Safety, Quality and Productivity lines as a part of a development programs
  • Managerial and HR duties for the team

In order to be successfull we expect you to have:

  • Previous experience from managing a warehouse and being a supervisor for a team
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Good collaborations skills
  • Ability to solve problems and excellent organizational skills
  • People leadership skills
  • Previous experience of using SAP is seen as an advantage
