We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support LU-VE Plant in Italy (LU-VE S.p.A., Uboldo – Italy).
In your role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager of Cooling System Business Unit. Your location will be in LU-VE S.p.A., Uboldo (VA), Italy.
Brief Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing the communication flows with the customer regarding information on the various orders and their progress.
WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE:
- Manage customer records
- A client package is assigned to each CS Representative: she/he has a complete view of these clients for the aspects of her/his competence (personal data, order situation, deliveries, payments);
- Operate as the liaison between the company and its customers, taking care to solve the problems inherent to the sale and to respond to the requests of the buyers;
- Interface with other company departments, in particular with logistics to manage and monitor the status of customer orders;
- Deal with satisfying the customer’s needs;
- Respond promptly to individual customer requests and supports the customer in opening reports of non-compliance.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in contact with people.
- SAP/Office pack (excellent Excel);
- High school diploma and Degree;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good English and preferably knowledge of a second language (French and/or German);
- Italian Mothertongue;
- Driving licence.
This is a Fixed Term position: duration 6 months.
