Quality Specialist
Location
We are looking for a Quality Specialist to support LU-VE Plant in India (Spirotech – Bhiwadi). In your role you will report to the Plant Quality Manager. Your location will be in Spirotech, Bhiwadi, India.
Brief Job Description
Quality Specialist in Spirotech India will be responsible for the following activities: analysis of processes, preparation of quality system documentation, rejection analysis and control the PPM level and streamlining the process control and optimization of the resources.
WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE:
- handling customer complaints
- ensuring quality standards (of product and process) in the single production cycles
- overseeing production planning and material management
- contributing to the optimization of processes and products in terms of compliance with international quality standards
- contributing to the achievement of the effectiveness and efficiency objectives of the entire production system
- ensuring implementation of Quality Standards
- contributing to reduce/maintain the rejection PPM level
- rejection analysis, preparing improvement plan and implementation of action to be taken to improve the product quality
- ensuring sustainability of the improvement projects
- monitoring the laboratory tests and quality control of semi-finished products to evaluate and classify any defects
- verifying the correspondence of the product characteristics to LU-VE specifications. On the basis of the defects found, s/he proposes the technical solutions to remove them
- supervising the qualitative work during the processing phases
- checking the product characteristics of the materials purchased or made to produce on behalf of third parties and the compliance of the finished product with the specifications requested by the customer

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- graduate in mechanical engineering
- general safety training
OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- knowledge the concept of production system as a whole and the specific processes of the production related to Heat Exchangers
- calibration of equipments, gauges & fixtures
- statistical data collection techniques
