Brief Job Description
As a Sales Engineer in LU-VE Sweden your responsibilities will include finding suitable customers and customer projects, maintaining and expanding the existing customer portfolio, and spreading the word about the excellent AIA LU-VE products in the industrial sector, making AIA LU-VE products the natural choice when it comes to cooling.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- to identify customers and consultants throughout the entire value chain in the industrial segment
- to identify, understand, and document the customers’ demands, turning them into business opportunities
- to establish professional relationships and gain the trust of the customer
- to ensure continuous growing sales volumes and profitability in the sector
- to budget and plan sales activities
- to continuously evaluate and improve our business proposition
- to develop value added selling strategies
- to evaluate, together with the Sales support team, the business opportunities and to quote the customer
- to demonstrate an advisory attitude towards the customer
- to follow up on quotes and sold projects to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- to evaluate and report on current market trends internally to ensure that the company always is one step ahead of the market
- to constantly evaluate external and internal processes to identify risks, weaknesses, and opportunities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: minimum of 5 years of work in technical sales/industrial sales in capital-intensive markets
- Experience of project-based and/or solution selling
- Working proficiency in English (speaking, writing)
- Advanced Swedish (speaking, writing)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Good knowledge of industrial applications
- Good knowledge of thermodynamic
- Higher education – Engineering degree preferred
- Proven record in complex sales activities in manufacturing environment
